Quando iniziai 'l'avventura' del dipingere , il debutto è stato con l'acquerello botanico. Una tecnica che mi piace tuttora molto , ma che non eseguo più, perche innanzitutto ci vuole una pazienza infinita ( non il mio forte ) e una lente d'ingrandimento gigante per riuscire a vedere quello che si sta facendo. Tutto è minuzioso e precisissimo, il contrario dello stile più libero che pratico oggi. Però vi voglio fare vedere questi lavori, e sono curiosissima degli commenti :-))
Il terzo acquerello è stato ispirato da un dipinto di 'Bridgette James' un membro dell' Society of Botanical Artists.
When I started the 'adventure' of painting , the debut was with the botanical watercolor painting technic. It is a technic that I still love, but I don't do it anymore, because first of all you need a lot of patience ( not my strong side) and second you need an enormous magnifying glass in order to see what you are doing. Everything is very small ( starting with the brushes ) and very precise, the contrary of the more free style of today. But I wanted to show you these works , and I am very curious to hear your comments :-))
